Human-made systems are back

Added and streamlined the addition of designed systems.  Previously, designed systems were loaded in with several functions defining different aspects of the system, now it's all in one function that defines everything in the system.  Sool system, the home system from the original Bling Hustle, has been added as system 78, just south of the starting system.  Currently that data is stored in homesystem2.js, but it will probably be moved to something like soolsystem.js.
