SOAP updates
All of the relevant UI upgrades from Bling Hustle: SOAP have now been implemented in Bling Hustle: Deep Space Mine. Full-ish changelog can be found in these SOAP devlogs (link at end of post). Lots of changes from SOAP didn't wind up being relevant, as they applied to normal system generation rather than the "bubble" systems in DSM. Also, the player no longer starts with any boosters (which will get the player killed in DSM), although they are still for sale in all the shops.
Most noticeable changes:
+Continuous thrust mode is now available if you prefer to hold down the mouse button. It's in the options ('O' key) menu.
+UI is generally better at not interfering with itself. Some things that used to be transparent by default are now opaque by default.
+The options menu can now manually toggle the alternate mini-hud, and can also reset the resolution. This allows you to re-adjust the game screen to fit a browser window that has been resized or had the zoom factor adjusted.
+Additional damage feedback "sparks" graphic effect
